2. Ordering & Contract

When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Vivid Cuisine Ltd is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional or discount codes must be applied at the time of ordering and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Gift vouchers and promotional vouchers purchased through this website are non-refundable and have no cash value.

3. Shipping & Returns

Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and our returns and refunds policy are set out separately in our Shipping & Returns Policy. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Vivid Cuisine is not liable for any such charges.

However, minor variations may occur between what is shown and what is received — including in colour, finish, or appearance — particularly for handcrafted or artisan items. Such variations do not constitute a fault or grounds for return unless the item is materially not as described.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative where appropriate.
