Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping - United Kingdom

UK orders are fulfilled via Royal Mail. Shipping charges and available methods are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders are shown on each individual product page at checkout. Please refer to the product page for accurate shipping information before placing your order.

A small selection of products qualify for Free Worldwide Shipping. Where this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. This is an untracked economy service - please allow 15-60 days depending on destination.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to international sanctions, armed conflict, or suspended postal routes, we are currently unable to accept orders destined for the following countries:

Afghanistan • Belarus • Burma (Myanmar) • Cuba • Haiti • Iran • North Korea • Palestine • Russia • Somalia • South Sudan • Sudan • Syria • Yemen • Zimbabwe

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Vivid Cuisine is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are unable to predict or control these costs - please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@vividcuisine.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your tracked order shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


Returns & Refunds

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Every custom-made and made-to-order product — including chef's jackets, apparel, and bespoke items — is individually produced to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind on these products.

Returns are accepted only in the event of a production error. If you believe your item has a production fault, please email info@vividcuisine.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph showing the fault or error
  • A brief description of the issue

If your return request is accepted, we will notify you promptly and arrange a replacement or refund. Please note:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer do not constitute a production error
  • Minor natural variations in materials such as fabric, leather, or metal finishes are not considered faults
  • First-time orders of custom products may require minor fitting adjustments, which are not covered under returns

Art Prints & Framed Works

Art prints and framed works are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Food & Condiment Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, food and condiment products cannot be returned once dispatched, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or with an incorrect item. If you have an issue with a food order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Standard Products (Non-Custom)

For non-custom products not covered by the categories above, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vividcuisine.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you have any concerns, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve them fairly.
