Can I add my products or designs to the platform?

We welcome all applications for product and design collaborations and have a rewarding Royalty Programme in place to support artists and craftsmen. To speak to one of our team, please use the Book A Call feature and we can discuss potential partnership.

Do you offer media services in my country?

Our photographers and videographers are available for worldwide bookings for your Food & Beverage business. We have covered various establishments in many parts of the world. To discuss further, please choose the Media Bookings on the Book a Call feature.

Orders & Shipping

Do I qualify for Free Worldwide Shipping?

Only certain products offer Free Worldwide Shipping and to certain countries. For full list of items with Free Worldwide Shipping and the destinations, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once the courier has picked up your order and processed the package their sorting facility - a tracking number is issued, which is sent to your email right away. Use this tracking number or the Vivid Cuisine order number + your email to track progress of your shipment on the Track Your Order page. 

Please note: There will be no tracking information available until the order is picked up by the courier and issued a number. 

What is your order processing time?

For non-customised products and partner products, the order processing usually takes place the same day working day to a maximum of 1-3 days (not including weekends and bank holidays).

For customised creations such as Organic Bamboo Chef Jackets, BENRI Knife Rolls, SEIDO | Monochrome Tweezers - the turnaround time depends on the order quantity and the complexity of your customisation - all of these details are shared during the design process with you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This does not apply to customised items, which with your personalisation can no longer be returned or refunded unless there is a major defect or damage in the post - details for which are in the next section.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, which will then be taken up with the postal courrier for further investigation. 

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Can I order a larger value Gift Card then those available on the site?

Absolutely - we can issue custom Gift Cards for your, we are also happy to accommodate corporate orders for your events in the form of Gift Cards or actual products. Please drop us a line on with your requirements so we can custom tailor your gift needs.

Where are your products made?

We work with many artisans, craftsmen, and partners across the world - who, like us - do all their due diligence in sourcing sustainable raw materials responsibly. Our locations span across the planet, and we always welcome and regularly onboard new artisans and craftsmen to support certain developing regions.

Can you custom make my product or do special sizes?

With almost every product on the platform - customisation is possible. Whether its a very specific size your are after, or personalisation with design, logos on engraving / embroidery / print, there is almost certainly a way to make it truly yours!
