Emily runs this small family home bakery from a village on Cornwall's south coast, and it has moved quickly since forming in February 2024. What began as a Sunday stall in the front garden now turns up at five markets a month: Whitecross, Liskeard, Bodmin Nursery, Lostwithiel and Puddle Farm at Lanlivery. Heritage grain goes into every loaf, sourced from local Cornish farms working regeneratively, and the bake changes with whatever the season actually provides.
The Heritage Sourdough Loaf took bronze at Britain's Best Loaf 2025 and sells at £5, with a malted cracked grain sourdough at £4.50, alongside other breads and sweet treats. The bakery was also recognised as a Better Food Trader in 2025. Baking happens fresh to order every Friday, collection from 10am-ish. The website opens Sunday afternoon and closes Thursday morning, so preorder within that window for the following Friday, and expect popular loaves to sell out.
