Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply to services provided by Vivid Cuisine Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10324597). By engaging our services or booking a tour, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, email info@vividcuisine.com before proceeding.
Our services
We provide three main types of service, each with its own terms:
- Digital projects, such as websites and applications, quoted individually
- Content and social media services, including content creation and editorial
- Food and drink tours around Exeter and Devon, booked online
Digital projects and content services
Because digital and content work varies widely, each project is quoted and agreed individually. Scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms are set out in a written quote or proposal before work begins, and that agreement takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. For larger projects we may ask for a deposit before starting, with the balance due on completion or in agreed stages. Ongoing content or social media work is typically billed monthly in advance.
Revisions and cancellation
The number of revisions included is set out in your project agreement. If you cancel a project once work has started, you remain responsible for payment for the work completed up to that point. Deposits cover work already scheduled and are non-refundable once a project has begun.
Ownership
On full payment, final deliverables and their intellectual property pass to you, unless your agreement states otherwise. We may show completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Food and drink tours
Tours are booked and paid for online at the time of booking. Your booking confirms your place on the selected date and time, subject to the terms below.
Cancellations and refunds
We understand plans change. Our standard terms are:
- Cancel more than 48 hours before your tour for a full refund.
- Cancel within 48 hours of your tour and we are unable to offer a refund, as your place will have been reserved and prepared.
- Where possible, we are happy to move your booking to another date instead of cancelling. Just ask.
Changes by us
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour, for example due to weather, illness or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
On the day
Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, as tours run to a schedule and we may be unable to wait for late arrivals. Tours involve walking and food and drink tastings; please let us know of any allergies, dietary requirements or accessibility needs when you book so we can prepare.
Vivid Cuisine Ltd holds public liability insurance. Tours involve walking, travel and food and drink tastings; please take reasonable care throughout, follow your guide's directions, and let us know of any allergies, dietary requirements or accessibility needs when you book so we can prepare.
Liability
We take reasonable care in providing all our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the service or booking in question.
Contact
For any questions about these terms, a quote, or a booking, email info@vividcuisine.com and we will be glad to help.
