TORS Vodka

Vodka made in the foothills of Dartmoor, using the water that runs off it and a soft winter wheat blended to suit. The scale is deliberately small: runs of around 200 litres, which works out at roughly 280 bottles, so every stage gets watched properly. That attention picked up recognition at the 2025 Food Drink Devon Awards, though the more telling endorsement comes from drinkers in Devon who describe it as smooth with a bit of power behind it.

The spirit goes through four stage plate distillation and is then charcoal filtered for up to three months, which is where the smoothness comes from. Alongside the vodka there are liqueurs, including elderflower and raspberry - the latter drinks well on its own or topped with prosecco. Delivery is free on orders over 35 pounds. Drink the vodka straight and very cold first, then decide what you want to do with it.
