Two empty fields near Looe in 2017, and Andy and Wendy have been filling them ever since. Home Farm at Morval now runs as a farm of two halves: hatching eggs posted UK wide, and deli preserves grown and made on site. The approach is hands-on and unhurried, with quality treated as the whole point rather than a marketing line, and everything kept Cornish through and through.

The preserves have collected multiple food awards and the farm has turned up on Channel 4's Devon and Cornwall and BBC Radio Cornwall's Country Matters, which tells you something about how the field-to-fork story has landed. Returning customers climb year on year and demand has produced waiting lists they did not plan for.
