Cornish Blue has been made on a family farm outside Liskeard since 2001, with milk from the farm's own pedigree dairy herd going into a handmade, small-batch cheese. That closed loop of herd, dairy and cheesemaker in one place is rarer than it sounds, and it is the reason this particular blue tastes the way it does rather than like everything else on the counter.
Beyond the blue there is Cornish Brie, Cheddar and Smoky Cheddar, Camembert, Yarg and Garlic Yarg, Gouda and Dozmary. Cheeseboards, gift boxes and hampers are built around them, with chutneys, crackers, olives and chocolate, plus suggested pairings from Knightor wine, Tarquin's gin, St Austell beer, Healeys cyder and Rosemullion rum. Celebration cakes come as tiered towers or hearts in three sizes. Everything ships UK-wide direct from the farm.
