Traceability matters here too: the belief is that you should be able to see exactly where the coffee in your cup came from.

Single origin Arabica, organically grown and sourced seasonally, hand roasted in small batches and sent out in compostable bags. Origins currently include Colombia, Costa Rica, Java, Peru, Mexico, Ethiopia and Rwanda, plus a decaffeinated option. Everything is roasted to order and bought online, with individual origin pages setting out what is available and where it comes from.
