Garnish Mist

Anyone who has watched a wheel of citrus go limp on the side of a glass has had the thought; this Plymouth family business did something about it. Founded in 2025, Garnish Mist grew out of years spent in the drinks trade - Little Spirits Box since 2016, then Barbican Botanics gin and rum, the Tipple Hamper Company and The Tipple Cellar. Small, independent, and interested in the bit of the drink most people take for granted.

The product is an alcoholic liquid garnish: two spritzes over the top of a drink deliver the flavour and, more to the point, the aroma you would otherwise get from imported fresh fruit. It is vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free, and it sidesteps the perishable stock and food waste that garnishing usually involves. Worth a look if you make drinks at home often enough to keep throwing away half a lemon.
