Gary and Annie-Mae are a father and daughter team who have spent over a decade in Africa growing unusual chilli varieties, then bring the results back to their Devon farm outside Ottery St. Mary to be made up by hand. They know the fields their crops come from and oversee the supply chain alongside the farm management, which is female managed, with fair prices paid and community growth supported.
