Wicked Wolf Gin

Distilled on Exmoor since September 2015, this was the original premium handcrafted gin to come out of the moor, and the wild character of the place is the whole point rather than a line on the label. Based at Lynton, the operation is built around depth, balance and a genuine sense of where it comes from - a claim plenty make and fewer earn. Drinkers in the trade and out of it tend to agree it lands.

The original Wicked Wolf Gin uses eleven exotic botanicals, layering citrus and pepper against juniper and coriander, with cardamom the note people keep coming back to. Silver Bullet takes those same eleven and rebalances them to a navy strength 57% abv, smooth but robust. There is also Blood Moon, a Jamaican rum spiced by the distillery. Serve the original over plenty of ice with lime and a premium tonic.
