Lorne and Zara had 25 years apiece in hospitality behind them before setting up a bottle shop and tasting room in Uplowman, a village outside Tiverton, in 2021. The idea was straightforward enough: fresh bottled cocktails made to suit different palates, with a seasonal turn to them. Great Taste 2024 and Taste of the West in both 2024 and 2025 suggest the thinking was sound.

The range now runs to 18 cocktails in 20cl and 50cl glass bottles, deliberately left unbranded so they get reused or returned rather than binned. You can taste before you buy at the local markets, food festivals and events they attend through the year, or order through the website for postal delivery or collection.
