Salcombe Brewery Shop

Brewing happens at Estuary View, out in the South Hams near Kingsbridge, and the shop is where the results get sold direct. It is a Devon operation with award-winning beers to its name, and enough range to suggest a brewery that keeps experimenting rather than settling on one house style. There are tap houses in Salcombe and Sidmouth too, plus tours of the brewery itself for anyone who wants to see how it comes together.

Beer comes in bottle, can and bag in box, the last of which is the sensible choice for a party or a long weekend. Styles run from lager and pilsner through pale ale and ales to stout, porter and cider, with gluten free options and a few gathered into Discovery, Heritage and Small Batch ranges. Home delivery is available if you order online, but the tap houses and a brewery tour make the better trip.
