Richie and Jo Evans run a small artisan bakery in Woodbury Salterton, and they have built the whole thing around one thing done properly: the traditional Christmas pudding. Husband and wife, family recipe, made by hand in Devon. It is a micro-enterprise in the truest sense, which is rather the point - the recipe is the one they would make at home, and that is exactly how the puddings taste.

The range is focused: sumptuous traditional Christmas puddings, hand made to the Evans family recipe, and multi-award-winning with it. There is no attempt to be clever about it and no need.
