Dryad Gin

Named for the tree spirits of Greek myth, this small-batch gin comes out of the foothills of the Quantocks, where oak trees are as much a part of the recipe as the botanicals. Distilled in traditional copper stills by Becky, Dryad's distiller, it leans hard into natural mythology without losing sight of what matters, which is a spirit worth pouring.
