Shepherd Shack Catering grew from a love of the Great Outdoors, the skills that go with it and, inevitably, food. Based just outside Exeter, near Dawlish, it is a mobile operation rather than a fixed address, which suits the sort of open-air events the South West does well.

The work covers events and weddings, canape receptions and private dining, so the scale shifts from a drinks reception with something to hand round to a full wedding day.
