Woodbury Salterton, just outside Exeter, is where this microbrewery turns out pale ales, craft lager and low-alcohol beer with gold medals to its name at regional, national and international level. The guiding idea is straightforward enough: fresh, bold flavours in beers you can actually drink more than one of. Everything is gluten-free and vegan, which is less a marketing line here than a baseline the whole range works to.

Beer goes out in keg and cask to pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and events, and in cans and bottles direct to your door. The online shop runs taster packs, single-style cases, pre-mixed cases, build-your-own boxes and limited editions, plus merch. There are also contract brewing and dispense services for the trade.
