Sixteen years of North Devon market trading tends to sharpen a buyer's eye, and this is a stall built on exactly that: olives and deli goods handpicked from artisan producers across Europe, rather than whatever a wholesaler happened to be pushing. The curiosity shows in the detail, from balsamic made the traditional Modena way to Cretan soap that's cold cast on the estate using the producer's own oil. South Molton is the home base.

The stall carries the full range: fresh olives, handmade salads, creamy hummus, olive oils, anchovy fillets and a broad spread of deli items, sold by weight so you buy only what you need. Trade and wholesale customers are welcome too, with eco-friendly packaging for delis, farm shops, restaurants and caterers. Find them at South Molton Pannier Market every Thursday and Saturday, 8am to 1pm, or Hartland Market on the first Sunday of the month, January excepted.
