Haselbury Spirit

A small Somerset producer near Crewkerne making handmade gin, rum and liqueurs, infused with real fruit and natural flavours rather than concentrates. The gin range runs to fruit-led styles including grapefruit and watermelon, each built to work equally well neat, over ice, or mixed into a simple gin and tonic.

On the rum side there's a spiced gold rum with notes of vanilla, warming spice and a touch of oak, and a pineapple and coconut rum made with fresh fruit for a tropical, sipping-rum style rather than a mixer-only spirit. Bottles are sold direct through the website as well as through independent retailers, and the small-batch approach means the range shifts as new flavours come through - worth checking back rather than assuming the same line-up every visit.
