The lab sits at Rampisham, in the rolling countryside between Dorchester and the coast, which is a good deal further from the seafront than most ice cream operations care to be. Small batches, real ingredients, seasonal where it counts - a decade in, that approach has been rewarded with four Great Taste awards in 2026 alone, including a 3-star for the hazelnut, plus pistachio and hot cross bun gelato.

Alongside gelato and sorbet there are thick gelato shakes, coffee, hot chocolate, iced coffee, cakes and pastries, and the croffle - a croissant cooked in a waffle iron and loaded with ice cream, whipped cream and sauces. Seasonal flavours run to Christmas Pudding and Bah Humbug, and there is even a dog range.
