Rebel Town Pizza

Based in East Devon and travelling out across the South West, this is a wood fired pop-up rather than a room with tables. The dough is made in house, then hand stretched and thrown base by base for the thin crust they've built their name on. The sauce is their own recipe, built on Italian tomatoes, and they work with local suppliers for a selection of locally sourced and organic meat.

There are two menus. The festival list keeps to the classics: Margherita with fresh basil and mozzarella, pepperoni, a vegan tomato, oregano and garlic oil. The premium menu for weddings and events goes further, with an 'Organic Cure' of rumpetto and lomo, black olives, rocket and chilli oil, goat's cheese with caramelised onion and spinach, and smoked chorizo with roasted peppers and red onion, chillies optional. Book them for the event rather than hunting them down.
