High Grange Devon

Up in the rolling hills of East Devon, on the edge of the Jurassic Coast, Sara and Luke have built something that runs on woodsmoke rather than gas rings. He is a chef and wine merchant with more than twenty years behind him; between them they have turned a patch of Dalwood woodland into a food, fire and wellbeing space where the cooking happens outdoors and the eating happens at a shared table.

The offering splits three ways: fire schools teaching outdoor barbecue cooking with real flame and raw local ingredients, seasonal fine dining served in the woods, and live fire catering for weddings, parties, private dining and team days. They also take on photoshoots, filming, demos, talks and writing, and sell vouchers alongside signature products.
