Exmouth Arms

The Exmouth Arms is a traditional town-centre pub on Exeter Road, just off the main shopping street, open long hours from midday to midnight every day of the week. Otter Ale is the regular on the bar, and dogs are welcome at the tables as much as people are.

It's built around sport and games rather than food - six screens showing Sky Sports, Premier Plus and the Racing Channel, two dartboards, two pool tables and a jukebox - and several pool and darts teams call it home. Euchre gets played regularly too, and live music takes over on Friday and Saturday nights. It's a proper locals' pub rather than a dining destination.
