The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden is a weekend cafe in the garden of Hilltop Riding School on Pennsylvania Road, with views out over Woodbury Common. You order from a vintage horse trailer and take a seat among the plants; Cath, Beth and Grace run it, and dogs are welcome.

The cakes are home baked and change weekly - blackberry and white chocolate buttercream made with berries picked near home, lemon drizzle, coffee cake, gluten free cupcakes and cookie dough brownies - alongside artisan coffee. Saturdays and Sundays only, 10am to 4pm, and worth timing a walk around.
