It extends past the fish: pies, potatoes and burgers are sourced locally within Devon and the wider South West, and the packaging is 100% biodegradable, backed up by certified plastic-free status. None of that would matter if the food wasn't good, but the shop is consistently one of the better-reviewed fish and chip places in Exmouth, open seven days a week across lunch and dinner sittings. There's a second branch in Honiton for anyone further inland. It's a straightforward operation - proper fish and chips, done the traditional way, with more attention paid to where the ingredients come from than a typical chip shop bothers with.
