The Mexican

The Mexican is a family-run restaurant on The Parade in Exmouth, close to the train and bus stations, and it's built a multi award-winning reputation over the years for genuine Mexican cooking rather than a Tex-Mex approximation. The dining room is large for the format - space for around ninety people inside and sixty more outside - which keeps it from feeling cramped even on a busy night.

The menu runs from chicken enchiladas to braised lamb and tuna steaks, covering meat, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes without treating any of them as an afterthought.
