The Gotland Gin Company

Gotland Gin is made in a nano distillery on a working farm at Highampton, and takes its name from the flock. Gotland sheep - a very tactile breed originally from the island off Sweden - were favourites on the smallholding from the beginning, and their sheepskins and wool products are still sold alongside the bottles.

The gin and rum are handcrafted in small batches, and the farm makes an event of it: a Gotland Cream Tea with a glass of your favourite G&T (book 48 hours ahead), an annual Farm Supper running to seven courses of local seasonal produce with a guest chef, and a Christmas Fair with local traders and a hog roast.
