Suzy Sweet Tooth

Suzy Sweet Tooth began with a simple pleasure: the idea of making something this delicious out of such basic, wholesome ingredients. The fudge went into the local farm shop, and the rest followed from there, helped along by the enthusiasm of everyone who tried it.

It is made to an old fashioned recipe involving an awful lot of stirring, and what goes in is whole milk, butter, clotted cream, condensed milk and sugar - no palm oil, no artificial ingredients, no flavourings. The result is the crumbly, buttery, melt-in-the-mouth sort, rich without being overpoweringly sweet, and thoroughly moreish. You have been warned.
