Pullo

Pullo is a natural wine bar and cheese shop on Fore Street, and both halves answer the same question: how was it made? The wines and ciders come from small producers in the UK, Europe and beyond, all naturally fermented - the native yeast on the grapes doing the work rather than anything lab-grown, with no chemical intervention and no additives.

The cheese is handmade British farmhouse, made simply by small producers who care, and the alcohol free and soft drinks are held to the same standard. Everything on the list is chosen personally. Drink in, or take bottles home: six or more earns 6% off and twelve gets 10%, though cheese is collection or local delivery only.
