Pink Ginger Flower Cafe

Pink Ginger is two shops in one on Paris Street, across from John Lewis: a Japanese cafe and a florist, run together, with blooms on one side and matcha on the other. The room is deliberately calm, and the owners are open about wanting it to be a safe and peaceful place for everyone.

The matcha and Japanese bakes are the reason to cross town - roll cakes, birthday cakes and whatever Junko has made that morning - and the flower side runs proper workshops, from seasonal arranging to kokedama with their in-house master florist. Open Tuesday to Sunday; weekends start at 10am.
