Oliver's is the independent family bakery in the middle of Crediton High Street, and it has spent the last decade doing what a town bakery should: baking every day for people who walk past every day.

Bread, rolls, savouries, cakes and confectionery fill the counter, with personalised celebration and wedding cakes to order. The Devon pasties are the flag-bearer - customers say they have not found better anywhere. Worth joining the queue.
