The (Tiny) Tasting Room

Hidden in the alley that funnels High Street shoppers toward the Cathedral green, this is SW Coffee Co's own tasting room - the coffee comes direct from their import operation, which is about as short as a supply chain gets.

Upstairs is all greenery and calm, the cakes are homemade, and the welcome is the kind regulars talk about. More vegetarian than not, with generous portions.
