Food hygiene rating: 5 out of 5

Clare's Preserves launched in 2014 from The Old Bakehouse in Bovey Tracey, in the foothills of Dartmoor, and everything still comes out of Clare's own hands in small batches. The method is traditional open-pot, which takes longer and tastes like it has.

The range covers marmalades, jams, jellies, chutneys and relishes, multi award-winning across both the sweet and the savoury side, made with locally sourced natural ingredients and no preservatives or artificial flavourings. Buy in person or order online - parcels go out by Parcelforce Express 48, sized from four jars upwards.
