Castello opened on The Street in Radstock in 2013, founded by three people with a combined 15 years' experience in Italian and Mediterranean kitchens. The restaurant does both eat-in and takeaway, and has built a strong local reputation - it's currently ranked second of Radstock's restaurants on Tripadvisor.

The menu covers Italian and Mediterranean staples done well: dishes like salmon, chicken and scallops sit alongside desserts including tiramisu, chocolate soufflé and ice cream.
